After two great years at our West Queen West office in Downtown Toronto, we’re expanding to a new space. Along with the move, we’re looking for someone to take over our lease.

Our space at 660 Queen St. West is near a ton of great coffee shops, restaurants, and stores. The space is bright and includes large south facing windows, full private kitchen + giant bathroom. Amenities include exposed brick, A/C, laminate floors, roof access, and a small loft area overlooking the main work space.
We’re looking for someone to take over our lease starting August 1st or September 1st for a 12-13 months sublease (a longer term can be negotiated with the landlord after this date). We’re flexible if an earlier move-in date is required.
The space is ideal for a small agency or tech startup. We’ve comfortably had our team of 6-7 working here for the past two years but we’re moving to a larger space to accommodate our growth. The space is on the third floor above a hair salon. It doesn’t have private access (you walk through the hair salon to access the space - which is fun & weird) but our landlord is amazing and the staff at the hair salon are friendly.
