Grace's multi track career is equal parts international affairs, human rights protection and external relations. At Amnesty International, she managed the organization's intervention and advocacy on behalf of refugees and migrants. Subsequently, she helped lead external relations and partnerships with major donors across Canada. Prior to joining Amnesty, Grace was a Refugee Status Determination Advisor at Africa Middle East Refugee Assistance in Cairo, Egypt.
Aside from organizing your nation at cStreet, Grace also consults with Fight for The Future, and is a board member of Freedom to Connect, associated with ASL19. She focuses on innovations at the intersection of human rights, technology, media, and social entrepreneurship, with a particular interest in evangelizing anti-censorship and open-source tool.
