We're Hiring a Digital Associate!

cStreet is a small - but mighty - agency that services organizations, political candidates, unions, higher ed institutions, and social movements in Canada and abroad. We help progressives campaign and win with smart strategy and technology. Our goal is to empower our clients with campaigns that engage their supporters, and drive meaningful change. 

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Digital Associate to take strategy and turn it into action. As a capable hand on the digital campaign team, you will be implementing great websites and digital campaigns that generate IRL results for our clients. Reporting to the Digital Director, this position is based in Toronto, Canada.

As Digital Associate, you will… 

  • Take strategies and digital plans, and turn them into real things that generate leads, engage audiences, and maximize conversions - like sign-ups, pledges, donations, attendees, volunteers and votes

  • Build lists for clients, set up email campaigns, using A/B testing, and track and report results

  • Execute social media and digital advertising campaigns

  • Work with our Development and Creative teams to build microsites, websites, and end-to-end digital campaigns

  • Become a super user of the latest campaign tech, including NationBuilder, Hustle, Care2, New/Mode, and CRMs like RaisersEdge, CiviCRM and Salsa

  • Write copy decks for web and email

  • Execute bulk and peer-to-peer SMS campaigns

  • Write documentation and provide training, so clients understand the tech we’re rolling out

  • Work with the full team to support clients during and after campaigns/projects, to help them succeed long-term

Salary: $40,000/year

Job Status: This is a full-time contract starting immediately and ending June 30, 2018, with the possibility of renewal or permanent offer for the right team member.
