WHERE CAN I PURCHASE CHECK?

At the one and only: cstreet.ca/check. After you’ve processed your payment, we’ll walk you through the process of connecting it to your nation.

CAN MY ENTIRE TEAM USE IT? HOW?

Right now, everyone shares the same login information (email and password). Your team can all be logged in on multiple devices at the same time.

I WANT TO TEST CHECK BEFORE PURCHASING IT. CAN I HOOK IT UP TO MY SANDBOX?

We don’t have a trial period, you can hook it up to your sandbox or any nation after purchasing a monthly subscription that you can cancel anytime.

OOPS, I SIGNED UP FOR THE APP USING THE WRONG EMAIL. CAN I CHANGE IT?

Yes! Let us know by emailing us at check@cstreet.ca and we’ll change it for you.

WHAT’S MY PASSWORD AGAIN?

Go back to the app’s login page. Below it, there will be a light blue bar that says “Forgot your password?” Click on it and you’ll be directed to the password reset page, type in your email and you’ll get an email in your inbox with further instructions. Now, don’t forget your password again.

I JUST SIGNED UP, WHEN DO I GET MY ACTIVATION KEY?

Activation can take up to 24 hours. If your event is today, we’re sorry. You might need to wait a bit. Take your chances and email check@cstreet.ca if you have an urgent need for it, but we can’t guarantee a response in less than 24 hours.

I WANT TO ADD ADDITIONAL FIELDS LIKE PHONE NUMBER OR BIRTHDAY BESIDES JUST EMAIL ADDRESS. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

That would require custom set up. We’re happy to scope out a custom setup for you if you’re interested, send us an email at check@cstreet.ca. For now, we’re looking at adding a couple more common fields, so stay tuned.

I CHECKED SOMEONE IN BUT IT WAS THEIR EVIL TWIN!

You can’t “uncheck” somebody in the app, but you can do it super easily in the event settings of your Nation.

HELP! MY EVENT RSVP LIST ISN’T SYNCING WITH CHECK.

This is probably because there was never an initial sync made with this event’s RSVP list. To sync your list from NationBuilder into Check, click the Refresh button on the navigation bar, or the blue icon with the two rotating arrows in the middle. Both will start the initial sync process.

CAN I USE THE APP OFFLINE?

Unfortunately, the app does not work offline as it syncs in real time and is a web-based app.
